It’s not often I get email’s to review books but I was so glad to got the chance to review this book.
It’s all about parent hood 24 hours a day from a fathers point of view….it’s funny, refreshing & brutally honest.
The author Jonathan Tindale hits the nail right on the head with his telling of being the stay at home parent, and appreciating what his wife did before he took over.

Feels like I have been away for ages…….
In reality I have been rushed off my feet……
So my now 9 month old little boy has been teething for months!!! and the last few have been horrendous! Seriously im so glad he has no cut his 2 bottom front teeth, poor kid really had it hard….plus with him still not sleeping through the night I feel like a zombi most days, so come dinnertime when he naps I sneak a cheeky few zzzzzz’s in too or i just cant function. I wish i knew what to do to make him sleep through, my routine is set….bath, bottle bed….I have even taken to buying a formula (he is normally breastfed) for hungrier babies…..makes no difference at all. So any mummy’s who have any advice it would be greatly welcomed lol.
I have a few things in the pipeline to post so watch this space…..
My little boy is in Year 1 and just starting to properly learn about phonics so this product has really helped him over the past few weeks, I have seen a massive improvement and he hasn’t stopped using it. It has helped him to recognise both upper and lower case letters, his concentration is much better as he try’s his best to find the correct answer, his memory has also improved as the more he played it the quicker he got at answering the questions correctly.
Easy to handle toy features every letter in upper and lower case. There are 7 different play modes. Play patterns are designed to help develop memory, follow sequences and concentration. Activities include questions on letters, sounds and words, as well as a game for identifying sequences of objects.
Children are expected to learn so many skills at home before they begin reception class at school that sometimes as parents it can be difficult to know where to start! Well early learning doesn’t have to be difficult; in fact it can be really good fun!

So I’m busy clearing up after tea one night and it’s around 8pm when I get a knock at the door…… there stands a delivery man with a huge parcel and I’m so confused but excited at the same time!! Eeeek I love surpise’s!! I opened the cardboard box to find a Baby Box inside including………… Continue reading
I had never heard of Glimmies before until I was asked to review them…. when I mentioned the name to my daughter she bounced around with excitement!! Showing me exactly what they were and was super excited to get the chance to review them.
When they arrived along with the Glimmies Tree House she couldn’t contain herself.
So the saying goes ‘when baby sleeps mum sleeps too’ this sounds ideal but……it never happens 😂 I seem to rush round doing things before he wakes and I become a human milking machine again. I wouldn’t change it for the world but I daydream of sleeping and waking at my own pace…..no alarm clock…..bliss……one day ☺️💙
